DJPORT operates as a user-generated-content hosting platform (UGC), applies an auditable notice-and-action procedure based on the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), and actively protects copyright and intellectual property.

Creators, Producers, DJs and Labels
Materials are submitted by users who confirm that they hold the required rights or permissions. Uploaders admitted to the royalty programme may receive remuneration under the DJPORT programme rules. An upload or declaration alone does not constitute automatic rights verification or automatic royalty accrual.
How Does the Notice Procedure Work?
- For each upload, we record the Account, email, time, IP address, file identifier and checksum, and the version of the accepted declarations.
- The reporter identifies the specific Material, the protected right, their basis for acting and the information needed to verify the notice.
- A complete and credible notice enters the case register, and access to the Material may be restricted immediately.
- The uploader is notified and may provide a licence, permission or appeal.
- A Copyright Strike is issued only after an infringement is confirmed — not merely because a notice was submitted.
